Cancellation Policy

Please ensure 3 days advance notice to enable kitten sufficient time for health checks and grooming. Complete your account set up with the relevant associations prior to picking up your kitten to facilitate the transfer of kitten’s pedigree. Please ensure that you have completed the first time pet owner course with A.V.S. where relevant and have your singpass ready to accept the license transfer of your kitten. If you have an existing kitten or cat at home ensure that they are FELV & FIV negative as well as upto date on their vaccinations, spot on parasite treatments and deworming at least 3 days prior to bringing home your new kitten
