Cancellation Policy
The booking calendar is open, 7 days in advance and closes 18 hours prior. We advise you to book early to meet and greet your desired kitten. We value punctuality and respect the time of both our clients and our team. If you're unable to make it, kindly let us know in advance & cancel or re-schedule your appointment 24 hours in advance. This not only allows us to accommodate other clients but also helps us optimize our schedule for everyone's benefit. Persistent no-shows will lead to a chargeable booking fee of $10 per head prior to the next booking at TLT or exclusion for future appointments. Please contact us on Telegram for appointments within 24 hours to check last-minute availabilities or special after-hour visits.
